Volgens de PNphpBB2 website is er een veiligheidsrisico in de huidige versie van het bestand viewforum.php. Met deze versie kan er een SQL injection plaatsvinden. Bron van de informatie staat op de Secunia website.

Verdere details en instructies zijn te vinden op het forum. De patch is ook rechtstreeks te downloaden. Iedereen wordt aangeraden om bij te werken naar de gepatchte versie van dit bestand.
